As a private premise, we are able to create our own guidelines in response to COVID - and we are staying on the side of caution in order to assist in keeping everyone safe:
The guidelines specific to Discovery Skills Psychology are as follows:
- As of October 2023, the isolation period for our clinic (in response to a positive COVID result in the household) will remain at 7 days.
- If a member of the household has COVID, please cancel your appointment (even if you/your child's RAT test was negative)
- Clients (adults and children over 12 years), as well as staff are required to wear a face mask unless they are special circumstances.
- Clients (adults and children over 12 years), as well as staff will be disinfecting their hands at the start of every session.
- We are maintaining social distancing
- If you have COVID, but are well enough, you can choose to have your appointment via phone or zoom.
